The CPS/Family Court "Industry" that places children with abusing parents in order to get Federal C.A.P.T.A. and other funds had already decided to take the only child from a veteranary Doctor Mother (with no criminal or mental record) and place her child with the sexually, emotionally and physically abusing father who has a record of various crimes including assault and prostitution, and is also HIV Positive. This particular father also has an FBI number showing up on his police report, so he may have been an informant or worked for the FBI in another capacity. This is a common arrangement for those seeking political asylum in the U.S. and other countries, as did this Sudanese immigrant. The hint here about his FBI connection is: that he never seemed to spend time in jail for his offenses....that he was not deported when summoned to a hearing for deportation by the I.N.S. and one more detail.... that months after this interview took place, and the mother sought relief via an emergency hearing, the FBI intervened in the case (see emergency hearing page on this blog).

Keep in mind that Eman's mother had already faxed the medical report to Social Services before this meeting took place. [a meeting that "the Mother" had asked for] Since then, Head Orange County California Social Worker Mr. Louis Phoenix had time to layout his "child stealing" strategy and turned the whole meeting around to make it appear as if it were Social Services who had called the meeting....as if "they" were concerned for the child's safety)
The mother confronts the social worker with a hospital report showing a torn Hymen, Vaginitus and brusies consistent with being tied up, plus a video of her not yet 3 year old daughter telling about her father physically and sexually abusing her. In response Mr. Phoenix tries to relate to her the propaganda taught to him in "Social Worker Classes" about the MacMartin pre school trial (as an excuse for discounting the girls testimony and subsequently stealing the protective mother's child) and is so glib about it, that he calls it the MacMahon pre school trial instead. He totally glosses over the Hospital report and the fact that a State Social worker (from his office) is required to show up and make a report when a child is taken for an exam for bruises or other injuries, but after numerous callsl from the doctor's office, and after 8 hours of Lynda and her child waiting at the Children's Hospital emergency room, Social Services did not show up. Nor did the police show up to make a report, which is also required by law. That fact, and the fact that the examining doctor personally called on them to show up that night many times, is documented by the physician on the medical report. Facts that Head Social Worker Louis Phoenix finds it convenient to gloss over.
The head physician of the emergency unit at Children's Hospital of Orange County Califronia that examined little Eman Badran, was soon after "visited" by an official of the court (Lawyer Gary Smith who was appointed by the court as the Minors Council but, had no training or degree in any field relating to children, medicine or psycology) from this child's custody case. The head doctor of the Emergency unit went into hiding after that visit, (as was told to The mother by hospital staff) and was not available to be served by the lawyer of the protecting mother, or the Mother herself... even after numerous attempts to summon him to court.
The "court appointed" official who "visited" the doctor that wrote the report from the examination of Eman Badran, was a lawyer representing the child. That lawyer is referred to as the "Minor's Council" and he is supposed to look after the best interest of the child. Guess what? He was appointed by the court, and the court made the parents pay for his services.
The hospital report, the video testimony of he abused child, the criminal record showing the father's multiple arrests for hiring prostitutes and possibly prostituting himself, the arrest for assault and tresspassing, (which caused him to have his firearm taken away by the Police) or the blood tests confirming the father's HIV pos status and the criminal record showing that he "knew" he had HIV before marrying Eman's mother and kept it secret,....none of these were allowed to be entered in as evidence in this child custody case. Why not? And.... Just who's interest WAS the Minors Council Mr. Gary Smith, Commisioner Richard Vogl and court approved psycologist Janice Beacon looking after? And why wasn't the mother, who had only been speaking english for five years offered an enterpreter, or even told she might need one? They just bulldozed her right through the Orange County Superior Court "We're going to steal and hold your children for funds" industry.
